1. 응시 신청 자격

  가. 석사과정 : 12학점 이상 취득하고, 평균평점 3.0이상인 자

  나. 박사과정 : 21학점 이상 취득하고, 평균평점 3.0이상인 자

  ※ 취득학점은 전공 교과목 학점임(연구지도, 선수 및 지도교수지정과목 제외)
  ※ 외국어시험 합격여부와 관계 없이 종합시험 응시 가능함
  ※ 박사과정생은 지도교수지정(선수)과목 이수자 


2. 응시 신청

  가. 기 간 : 2025년 9월 8일(월) 09:00 ～ 10일(수) 23:59 *신청기간 엄수

  나. 장 소 : KUPID에서 인터넷 신청 후 성적증명서는 대학행정팀(미디어관 201호)으로 제출 

  다. 신청방법 : 'KUPID 포털 인터넷 신청'이 원칙, 
                       부득이할 경우 ‘종합시험 (필기/구술) 응시신청서’ 신청서 제출

  ※ 인터넷으로 신청할 경우 필히 신청내역을 확인하시기 바람 
  KUPID → 각종시험 신청/확인 → 종합시험 신청 → 종합시험 신청과목 - 본인이 신청한 과목이 빠짐없이 신청되었는지 확인해야함

  ※ 부득이한 사정으로 응시신청서로 신청해야할 경우 기재사항을 빠짐없이 기재하여 지도교수와 학과주임의 확인을 받아 제출해야함

  ※ 선택과목1-이론(석사필수)/이론세미나(박사필수)
      선택과목2-연구방법론(석사필수)/연구방법론세미나(박사필수)
      선택과목3- 전공선택 과목명
      선택과목4- 전공선택 과목명
      위 순서대로 신청.
      KUPID 신청시 반드시 수강했던 교수님 성함 필수기입 
      (★매우 중요!!★)
      (본인이 수강한 과목만 신청가능)

  라. 제출서류: 신청기간 중 제출서류 제출완료
      1) 신청서(온라인 신청), 별도 페이퍼 제출 없음.
      2) 성적증명서 원본(응시과목에 하이라이트) 1부.

  마. 응시과목
      1) 석사: 총 4과목 응시
          기초공통 2과목(커뮤니케이션이론, 커뮤니케이션연구방법론), 전공선택 2과목
      2) 박사: 총 5과목 응시
          기초공통 2과목(커뮤니케이션이론세미나, 커뮤니케이션연구방법론세미나), 전공선택 3과목


4. 필기시험 기간 및 장소

  가. 2025년 9월 26일(금) 

  나. 정확한 장소 및 시간은 재공지함


5. 합격자 발표
  - 2025년 10월 17일(금) 오후 2시(예정)
  - 개인 포탈(KUPID) 「학적/졸업 → 각종시험 신청/확인 → 합격내역조회」에서 확인

Notice of Comprehensive Exam for the Fall Semester of 2025

1. Exam Qualification

  A. Master’s degree program: Those who acquired 12 or more credits, and received 3.0 or higher GPA

  B. Doctoral degree program: Those who acquired 21 or more credits, and received 3.0 or higher GPA

    ※ Only major subjects are counted as necessary credits. (Research Guidance, prerequisite or advisor designated courses are not counted) 
    ※ Regardless of language exam result, students can take the comprehensive exam.
    ※ Doctoral student who has finished prerequisite or advisor designated courses.  


2. Application Form Issue and Submission

  A. Period: September 8(Mon.) 09:00~ 10(Wed.) 23:59

  B. Method of submission: On-line application or visiting the department's administrative office

  C. Online application: KUPID(portal.korea.ac.kr) → Registration&Graduation → Application/Verification for exams → Application for Comprehensive Exam

  D. In case of visiting the office, students must completely fill out the information and submit it with the confirmation of the supervisor and the head of the department.


4. Time and Place of Written Test

  A. The test will be conducted on September 26(Fri). 

  B. The exact time and place will be designated by each department.


5. Announcement of the Result

   A. Applicants who pass the comprehensive exam will be announced at PM 2:00 on October 17(Fri.). 

   B. Check the results of the test on the KUPID.
