2026년 2월 졸업예정자의 영문학위기 발급을 위해 영문성명 신규 신청(미 입력자) 및 정정을 안내하오니, 영문성명을 신규 등록하거나 변경하고자 하는 학생은 아래와 같이 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 영문성명 미입력자는 영문 졸업증서를 교부하지 않습니다.
※ 졸업증서는 재발급 또는 추가 발급이 되지 않으며, 졸업일부터 수령 가능합니다. (2026/2/25)
1. 신청대상자 : 학부 재학생(수료생) 중 2026년 2월 졸업 예정자
2. 신규 신청 및 정정 방법 : ⓐ학번 ⓑ학과 ⓒ국문성명 ⓓ영문 성명 ⓔ여권 사본 포함하여 jjbk@korea.ac.kr 로 메일
가. 여권 소지자 : 여권과 스펠링을 동일하게 표기.
나. 여권 미소지자
1) ‘성,(콤마) 이름’ 형식으로 쓰고, 성은 모두 대문자로 기재
2) 이름 첫 글자는 대문자로 시작하며, 자유롭게 표기
* 예) HONG, Gildong / HONG, GIL DONG / HONG, GILDONG 등
3. 신청기간 : ~2026.2.11.(수) 오전 10시까지
※ 졸업사정 시 원활한 연락을 위해 포털 인적사항의 주소 및 핸드폰번호, 이메일주소 등을 업데이트해주시기 바랍니다.
[Undergraduate] Notice on Application and Correction of English Name for February 2026 Graduates
Students expected to graduate in February 2026 must ensure their English name is accurately recorded, as the Graduation Certificate will be issued in both Korean and English.
※ Expected graduates whose English name is not on record will receive the graduation certificate in Korean only.
※ Graduation certificate will not be reissued or additionally issued, and it will be available for pickup from the date of graduation.
1. Eligible Applicants: Undergraduate students who are expected to graduate in February 2026
2. How to Apply or Make Corrections: Submit ⓐStudent No., ⓑDepartment, ⓒName in Korean, ⓓName in English, ⓔa copy of your passport via e-mail at jjbk@korea.ac.kr
a. Passport Holder : Name must be spelled the same as indicated in your passport.
b. Students who do not have a passport and therefore cannot submit a copy
(1) Last name in Capital letters, First Names in order
(2) First letter of first names should be written in capital letter
ex) HONG, Gildong / HONG, GIL DONG / HONG, GILDONG etc.
3. Application Period: Submission should be made by no later than Feb 11, 10:00am
※ To ensure smooth communication during the graduation review process, please update your personal information— such as address, mobile phone number, and email address—on the KU portal.
※ 영문성명 미입력자는 영문 졸업증서를 교부하지 않습니다.
※ 졸업증서는 재발급 또는 추가 발급이 되지 않으며, 졸업일부터 수령 가능합니다. (2026/2/25)
